How to reset or change your password tied to your account

Looking to change or reset your password? No problem!

You'll receive an automated email that looks like this:

From: Sturppy - [email protected]

Subject line: Sturppy - Reset password

Within the Email, Click the button "Go to reset password"

From there you'll be prompted to re-enter a new password.

If you do not receive the automated password reset email:

  • First check your spam / junk folder or search from:"[email protected]"

  • If you still have not received the password reset email, please live chat our customer support or send an email to [email protected] and a teammate from our team will be glad to assist.

  • Unfortunately if you use a less common email provider, our automated emails tend to get stuck in firewalls...don't worry though, we have a manual work around!
