How to save graphs, panels, and charts & how to recreate them in PowerPoint

There's a few options when it comes to saving graphs and KPIs

Option #1: How to save a graph as a PNG

  1. From within Sturppy hover your cursor over the graph, KPI, or panel you'd like to save until the black (+) symbol appears

  2. Move your cursor over the black (+) symbol and click the cloud download button from the list of options

  3. From the save view, you can customize the chart or kpi, editing the displayed header, changing the background to a color of your choosing or by selecting one of the pre-built defaults

  4. When you're read to download the graphic, click the "Download PNG" button

Option #2: How to save graphs as a spreadsheet table

  1. From within Sturppy hover your cursor over the graph, KPI, or panel you'd like to save until the black (+) symbol appears

  2. Move your cursor over the black (+) symbol and click the cloud download button from the list of options

  3. From the save view, click the "Download Excel" button

  4. The data from the graph will be saved to a .csv or .xlsx spreadsheet tabular format

  5. You can then use this data to recreate the graphic, customizing it to your exact needs
