How to delete a project, how to delete a model

First let's start with WHY you might want to delete a project or model...

Reasons why you might want to delete a model:

  • You no longer need it, you've scrapped that business idea, and want to start a new project / model from scratch

  • You were playing around, added some things, but now you want to re-start with a completely new clean slate

That's it. There's really only two reason why you might need to delete a project!

How to delete a project / model:

🚨 NOTE: Once you delete a project / model, it is GONE FOREVER. You can't get it back, it's erased entirely from our database. If you think you might want to come back to that project/model, consider adding an additional project to your workspace.

If you're 100% certain you want to delete your project / model, follow these steps:

  1. From within Sturppy, use the drop down, and select the project you want to delete

  2. Once you've selected the correct project, click the πŸš€ Project tab from the left navbar

  3. At the top right of the screen, you'll see a trashcan icon, that is the delete project button, click it

  4. You'll be prompted with a confirmation window like this πŸ‘‡

  5. Click "Yes, delete project" to delete your project
